Pickup / drop-off location is at Detroit Shipping Company located at 474 Peterboro St, Detroit, MI 48201. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to ensure a smooth check-in process. Late arrivals can result in a shortened ride time. 

We recommend taking an Uber / Lyft if you do not have a designated driver. If you do have a designated driver, Detroit Shipping Company has a parking lot. We cannot pickup or drop off at any other location.

No one under 21 years of age is allowed on the bus. 

Absolutely. We require a government issued ID. That can be a driver’s license or passport. We DO NOT accept college ID’s or any other form not government issued. Fake ID’s will be turned over to the Detroit Police Department. 

NO REFUNDS will be issued. We operate Rain or Shine. If is starts to rain, don’t worry, we got you covered with a removable canopy rooftop. All times are subject to change. If we need to cancel due to inclement weather (ice/snow, tornado warnings), you will be notified with options as soon as possible or a voucher will be issued good for one year.

Yes! We allow all types of decorations as long as they are non-offensive and appropriate. Remember, there are children that do walk through downtown Detroit. Advance notice is required for approval and staff must approve once decorated. Our staff has the right to ask you to remove any decorations for any reason. Not doing so can forfeit your tour.

YES! Our drivers work for tips. They are here to make sure your ride is as smooth, safe, and memorable as possible.

Typical tip amount is $5-$10 per person.

We provide cups, ice, cooler, and music for all trips.

Alcohol is BYOB. We do not supply any alcohol. Glass containers are allowed on the vehicle, but must be poured in a plastic cup. No open containers are allowed to be taken off of the bus. 

Each tour is just under 2 hours.

Government issued ID (21+), tip money, and your favorite beverages.

Yes, all passengers must have a waiver signed and completed prior to the tour. Please refer to the electronic waiver available on the website.
